What Pro adds

• Custom timing for eye breaks instead of the fixed Free 20-minute / 20-second schedule.
• Optional camera-verified breaks: with a usable camera signal, looking back at the screen pauses the countdown.
• Full Mode presence features: keep the display on while looking, turn the display off when looking away, and allow the Mac to sleep when absent.
• Local focus tracking and daily presence statistics.

Pro includes Privacy Mode and Full Mode. In Privacy Mode, the camera stays off during normal work and can be used during individual breaks. Full Mode uses continuous detection. Camera features require your permission; detection can miss a glance. The app does not measure focusing distance or assess eye health.

Electronic delivery and activation

This is downloadable software, with no physical item or shipping. Your purchase receipt is sent to the email address entered at checkout. Use that address to activate Pro in the direct-download app:

1. Download the Mac app and install it from the DMG.
2. In the app, open Settings → About → Restore Purchase.
3. Enter your purchase email, then the 6-digit code sent to that address.

If you open checkout from the app with its purchase session, Pro can activate automatically after payment. You can use the restore method on another Mac, within the 2-Mac limit. If an email does not arrive or activation fails, contact [email protected].

Before buying

Check that your Mac has Apple silicon and macOS 13 or later. Intel Macs, Windows and Linux are not supported by this Mac license. The free 20-20-20 timer works without camera access. You can try the direct-download app first; the first 5 days include Pro without a card, then the free reminders continue.
